This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website. It’s written to be read, not skimmed past.

Slatebank Works, Unit 7, Ferrier Yard Trade Park, 14 Canal Road, Port Calder, is responsible for the personal details collected on this site. For any privacy question, email privacy@slatebank.example.
When you send a brief or an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, phone number if you give it, and the details of your show or project. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to reply.
Our website host keeps basic technical logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visited, to keep the site running and secure. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t identify you personally.
We use your details to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and, if we work together, to run your project. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be added.
Our website and form provider, and our email and project software, store your details on our behalf. If we work together, we may share the details needed to deliver your project with the show organiser, the venue and our transport partners. They may only use them for that purpose.
If we don’t go on to work together, we delete your brief or enquiry 24 months after our last contact. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for contracts and accounts. Job applications are kept for 12 months.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email privacy@slatebank.example and we’ll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
