Build stands with us
We hire people who like making things properly and don’t mind the odd 5 a.m. start in show week. Everyone spends their first fortnight on the workshop floor, whatever the role.

Core hours are 07:30–17:30. Build-up weeks run longer; we pay overtime or give time back, your choice.
Site roles travel to shows, usually two to four nights at a time.
We provide tools, PPE and workwear.
You’ll build stands from our drawings in the workshop, assemble them on the trial floor, and travel with the site crew to build them in halls.
A joinery or carpentry background, confidence reading construction drawings, and a steady hand with power tools and finishing.
CNC experience, a driving licence, and time on exhibition or theatre builds.
You’ll turn designers’ sketches into models and images that clients approve and organisers accept. Your models also feed the construction drawings, so accuracy matters as much as looks.
Strong modelling and rendering skills, an eye for light and materials, and a portfolio of built spaces or products.
Experience with real-time rendering or VR walk-throughs.
You’ll run four to six projects at once, from brief to dismantle. You’re the client’s main contact and the workshop’s source of truth on dates.
Experience managing builds, events or production to hard deadlines, and the confidence to say no to a change that won’t fit.
Time spent on an exhibition floor, on either side of the stand.
