Design signed off. Confirm products on the stand, screens and AV content, and how many people will staff it.

We submit construction drawings to the organiser. Order your stand power and any internet connection.

Graphics templates arrive. Start writing copy and choosing images now, not in week 4.

Workshop build begins. Book staff travel and hotels if you haven’t.

weeks to go

Organiser approval back. Confirm any rigging points and furniture hire.

Graphics deadline. Final artwork to us for checking and printing.

Trial build on our floor. Come and walk it, or review the photo set and video.

Final snags fixed, stand packed and loaded. Send us your delivery list for literature and stock.

Build-up in the hall. Our crew chief keeps you posted each day.

Opening day

Handover walk-through the evening before, then a show-day technician on call.

After the show

Dismantle, condition report, and storage for anything you’re keeping. We’ll send a list of what can go to your next show.
